This site smells like home. I would bet that Tony Butt, Gabi Pérez and friends made the toast for this initiative with "Bizkaiko Txakolina" and "Gernikako Piperrak".They´re still working on a new version 2.0 and the old one is avalaible too, for low-level users. In any of them we have very interesting tutorials. I have a felling we´ll hear a lot of good about Tony Butt in a pretty close time.
